Refund Policy
- Full refund available within 30 days of course enrollment
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
- Certificate fees are non-refundable once issued
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our Service are owned by London Leadership Institute or licensed to us. This includes but is not limited to:
- Course materials, videos, and educational content
- Website design, logos, and branding
- Assessment materials and certification frameworks
- Software and technological solutions
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
User Conduct
Acceptable Use
- Use the Service for legitimate educational purposes
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Engage respectfully with instructors and other students
Prohibited Activities
- Sharing login credentials or course access with others
- Downloading, copying, or redistributing course materials
- Using the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
- Posting inappropriate, offensive, or spam content
Certification and Credentials
- Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements
- Certificate verification is available through our website verification system
- Certificates represent completion of specific course requirements as of the issue date
- We reserve the right to revoke certificates for violations of these terms
- Certificate authenticity can be verified using the unique certificate ID
Limitation of Liability
London Leadership Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or technical difficulties
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
